Christmas with Santa is part of Holidays on the Prairie, a four-part event that Conner Prairie is hosting through January 3. Conner Prairie’s historic grounds are closed for the season, but open during the holidays to host Gingerbread Village, a tour to see locally created gingerbread houses; “Holiday’s Adventures,” a walking reenactment of the holidays as celebrated in the 1800’s with storytelling, singing, dancing and games; and Conner Prairie by Candlelight, a 90-minute guided tour at night.

There’ll be a live performance from Grammy Award-nominated musician Zak Morgan. While supplies last, party favors and hats will be given to children to wear during the countdown.
