Indy Author Fair at Central Library

Aspiring writers, teachers and book lovers of all ages are invited to meet notable Hoosier authors and participate in a variety of workshops on writing and publishing during the Indy Author Fair from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on October 29 at the Central Library, in Indianapolis.

Presented by the Eugene & Marilyn Glick Indiana Authors Award and the Indianapolis Public Library, the fair celebrates Indiana’s rich literary tradition with free activities to promote a better understanding of the writing and storytelling craft.

More than 10 specific events will take place throughout the day, including Indy Author Fair: Meet Hoosier Authors from noon to 2 p.m. This session offers an opportunity to network with more than 40 up-and-coming Indiana authors with a wide variety of writing styles and genres, with book sales and signings available.
