Attendees will be able to taste and buy foods from more than 200 fine food exhibitors, wineries and breweries with a Grand Tasting Pavilion, a marketplace and farm-to-table education area.

There’ll also be 30 live demonstrations by both local and celebrity chefs. Celebrity chef appearances include Alex Guarnaschelli, the first female “Iron Chef” and current judge on Chopped, as well as local chef Loreal Gavin, also known as the “Butcher Babe”, who was requested to appear again this year by popular demand.

Cooking class topics will include basic knife skills, kid’s cooking, sushi and pasta making, bread baking and classic sauces. A portion of proceeds from the cooking classes will go to the American Culinary Federation for underprivileged people to attend culinary school.
