Energy Clearing: DIY Home Edition

Energy balance and clearing is an important part of our well-being and health. Within our body resides multiple energy fields called chakras. When our chakras are open and clear, we will feel harmonious and balanced. Daily stresses and traumas create blocks in these energy fields. During this uncertain time, many people are feeling worry and fear, which creates disruption in these energetic bodies.
Fortunately, we have been gifted with multiple ways to clear our own chakras. Balancing our chakras will assist us with resetting our mind, body, and spirit. I recommend doing one of these exercises daily, especially during times of stress.
Technique 1: Healing Music and Tones There are a multitude of healing music offerings on meditation apps, such as Insight Timer, as well as, Youtube. Look for music specifically designed to clear chakras. Listen to the music during meditation or as you fall asleep at night. This technique works best with headphones.
Technique 2: Color Visualizations This technique may be partnered with healing music or used on its own. Simply visualize each chakra lighting up and spinning clockwise. Each chakra has a specific color associated with it, as shown here.
Technique 3: Distance Healing Many Energy Healers offer distance healing services. From the comfort of your home, you may work with an Energy Healer to clear and balance your chakras. Many will work with you over the phone, or by utilizing services such as Skype, Zoom, and Facetime.
Technique 4: Grounding Spending time in nature and connecting to the earth provides a multitude of health benefits. We can take it a step further by using this time to clear our chakras. Visualize a column of light running along your spine and through your chakras, clearing them and balancing them.
