Ortho-Bionomy® Body Therapy at Stillpoint Family Chiropractic

For the month of October, Ortho- Bionomist Diana Ingemanson at Stillpoint Family Chiropractic is offering Ortho-Bionomy® in 60 or 90 minute full-body therapy sessions. This year has been challenging for many of us. Change and uncertainty are stressful, illicting fight/flight/freeze reflexes that send your nervous system into overdrive. Discover the resource within yourself for safety, balance and peace, with the help of skilled hands.

Ortho-Bionomy® is a principle based modality working with the body’s innate healing reflexes to gently facilitate whole body harmony by releasing held patterns. A session explores a range of movement and opportunity for space and flow where pain patterns are stagnant. Are you a desk jockey working in front of a computer, sitting for hours a day with sore neck and shoulders and low back, or a nurse who’s been on their feet for hours and days on end? Perhaps you have disease in your system (thyroid, arthritis, MS, fibromyalgia, migraines etc?) Maybe you have pain that hasn’t resolved yet from an accident or trauma when you were a child or as recent as last week? This modality of body work has the potential to help reduce or eliminate pain and/or tension in many situations.

Are you open to trying something different yet effective at identifying the root cause of the ‘issues in your tissues?’ Here your systems (nervous, collagen, fascial, lymph, muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular, neurolymphatic, endocrine, visera, vagus nerve) have an opportunity to be heard individually and as a whole, so your body is more open to an offer of choices for change. Reach out to make an appointment with Diana and begin exploring what your body is capable of.
